Sarah leads the strategic development and delivery of Link’s Sustainable Communities Strategy – Transforming Houses into Homes and Streets into Communities. She is responsible for all customer facing services across the organisation, ensuring they are compassionate, responsive, and shaped by the people who rely on them.  Her commitment to person centred and trauma informed service design and delivery is successfully influencing the redesign of Link’s business blueprint, ensuring that its customers’ experiences, aspirations, safety and wellbeing are firmly at the heart of transformation.  

With extensive experience across social housing, community wellbeing, health and social care, and organisational change, Sarah has become a respected voice in Scotland’s housing and third sector landscape. Her work continues to focus on  the simple but powerful principle that true transformation only happens when our customers feel the difference.
