Ross joined the Hub in 2025 as Head of Homes and Construction. His background is inconstruction innovation and net zero carbon policy development, with experience acrosstechnical consultancy, product development and building performance evaluation, withinboth new build and retrofit projects. In his role at the hub he works closely with technical teams to understand challenges, develop best practice solutions and support mainstream delivery of future homes.
