Phil Jenkins, Chief Investment Officer

Phil is responsible for planning and implementing Peabody’s strategy for effective and sustainable long-term investment in built assets. He’s an experienced housing executive and chartered surveying professional with a sustained track record delivering multi-tenure, mixed-use developments and regeneration programmes of scale. He has overseen all stages of the real estate and development life-cycle, including asset strategy, master planning, land buying, urban regeneration, design and place-making, procurement, construction, sales, marketing and aftercare, facilities and estate management.

Peabody has a substantial development programme across London and South East England, acting as master developer in complex high-rise urban and medium-to-low-rise suburban settings, directly procured and in partnership arrangements.
