Currently leading the data governance function at Magna Housing, Odayne is responsible for establishing data ownership, shaping an enterprise-wide data governance framework, and enhancing data maturity to future-proof the organisation’s digital strategy. With a career rooted in change, inclusion, and policy delivery, Odayne has led and advised on data governance, protection, and integrity initiatives across 23 jurisdictions, bringing a uniquely global and culturally adaptive lens to the challenges of data in social housing sector.
