Kirsty is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a degree in Building Surveying and a strong technical background across construction, refurbishment and asset management. At Hastoe, she leads property, repairs, compliance, building safety and investment services, with a clear focus on delivering better outcomes and experiences for customers. Her approach centres on using customer insight, data and risk to drive service improvement, while embedding a customer-focused culture across the Property Team that promotes consistency, accountability and continuous improvement in the way services are designed and delivered.
