Having been in the sector for 18 years, I’ve gained invaluable experience from frontline roles through to the executive position I hold today - where I’m responsible for customer services for 10000 homes. Currently, I am focused on integrating services as part of a merger for Settle Paradigm.
I am a passionate advocate of driving improvement in resident experience, professionalising the sector and increasing the availability of high-quality, affordable homes to tackle the housing crisis. I’m looking forward to sharing and learning from others at HAPN - as it’s only through working together that we can meet the challenges ahead.
