Hannah has been Executive Director of Customer at Paradigm for almost 5 years and prior to that held leadership roles in national and G15 housing associations, having worked in the sector for 26 years. Hannah is passionate about providing excellent, efficient housing services and good quality, affordable homes as the stable base from which people build their lives.
