​He has over 20 years' experience in leading major digital and data transformation programmes across housing and education and has professional experiences within the manufacturing and NHS sectors too.​
​Frank combines practical know-how with strategic big picture thinking to solve real problems and to make a positive impact, using modern day workplace leadership practices.​
​Outside of work, Frank has been restoring a 1982 VW camper van and enjoys traveling to far flung places with his family.​
