Chrishanti Shah is a dynamic, mission focused leader bringing over 20 years of public and not-for-profit sector experience. At ccha, she provides strategic leadership for Finance, ICT, HR and Business Support, driving efficiency, transparency and value for money across resources.   She is recognised for her strength in strategic financial planning and performance management, ensuring that organisational resources deliver maximum impact for their residents and communities and support the delivery of goodquality, affordable homes. 

Her previous senior roles at St Mungo’s and Broadway have given her deep insight into homelessness, social housing, and the effects of legislative change on the sector. Chrishanti is also experienced in advocacy and policy influence, using her publicsector knowledge to shape and respond to housingrelated policy challenges. 

She is passionate about community empowerment, collaboration, and ensuring that financial strategies are grounded in real local needs.
